Laughter Leader Workshops

I just completed 2 Laughter Yoga workshops end of April and beginning of May.

They were just amazing with everyone having fun and enjoying themselves.

Students said that our laughter session in Murvagh Woods and the walk on the beach was the high light of the week end.

Im already looking forward to our next fun week end on the 9th and 10th of July 2016.

I have been invited to Spain to teach Laughter Yoga to a group in a retreat centre and also to India to laugh with school children in Kolkata.

Laughter is the Best Medicine

Our last workshop on the 28th February was one of the most amazing so far.

We had a group of professionals in who just let themselves go and generated so much energy with their big laughs and plenty of fun.

Every thing was possible while we let go of the old and laughed in the new.

We certainly laughed ourselves rich in the two days of training. All are qualified now as Laughologists, another string to their bow.

Our next training is on the 28th and 29th of March in Co Sligo.
