What is Laughter Yoga?
Laughter Yoga is a combination of child-like playfulness and yogic deep breathing.
Why don’t adults laugh more often?
Children laugh about 500 times a day mostly for no reason, adults 5 or 6 depending on the circumstances and environment. Adults take life very seriously.
What other health benefits are there?
It’s an aid against depression
It’s a social glue i.e. it brings people together who may not normally have a chance to meet.
It helps clear the lungs so is very good for people with asthma or bronchitis
It will build the immune system to fight against illness
It’s preventative against heart disease.
It will help build relationships and is excellent for team building in groups and in the work place.
